1. Replacement Eligibility
- Replacement is only available for products that are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Broken
- Incorrect item received
2. Reporting Time
- Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
3. Proof Requirement
- A clear unboxing video and product images are required for verification.
- Claims without proper proof may be rejected.
4. Product Condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and included items.
- Products showing signs of misuse or physical damage caused by the customer will not qualify for replacement.
5. No Refund Policy
- Gadbazar.com does not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
- Only eligible replacement requests will be processed after verification.
6. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong order placed by customer
- Minor color/design differences due to screen display
- Damage caused by improper use or handling
- Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery
