1. Replacement Eligibility

  • Replacement is only available for products that are:
    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Broken
    • Incorrect item received

2. Reporting Time

  • Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

3. Proof Requirement

  • A clear unboxing video and product images are required for verification.
  • Claims without proper proof may be rejected.

4. Product Condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and included items.
  • Products showing signs of misuse or physical damage caused by the customer will not qualify for replacement.

5. No Refund Policy

  • Gadbazar.com does not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
  • Only eligible replacement requests will be processed after verification.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong order placed by customer
  • Minor color/design differences due to screen display
  • Damage caused by improper use or handling
  • Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery
