3. Proof Requirement
A clear unboxing video and product images are required for verification. Claims submitted without proper proof may be rejected.

4. Product Condition
The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories and included items. Products showing signs of misuse, negligence, or customer-caused damage will not qualify for replacement.

5. No Refund Policy
Gadbazar.com does not offer refunds under normal circumstances. Only eligible replacement requests will be processed after verification and approval.

6. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by customers, minor color or design variations due to screen display settings, damage caused by improper use or handling, or complaints reported after 24 hours of delivery.

7. Replacement Process
Once a claim is verified, our support team will review the submitted evidence. If approved, replacement instructions will be provided, and the replacement item will be dispatched according to our replacement procedure.
